   Working with Danielle was a pleasure.  She offered helpful advice for prepping the house before listing it and helped me price my home at a price where I was comfortable, yet where we felt it could sell reasonably quickly.  She also helped me greatly through referrals to some expert repairmen who fixed the central air and corrected a major electrical issue that came up in the home inspection.   She took excellent photos at multiple angles of key rooms in the home, and with her help, my house got two offers (including one that was irresistible) in just TWO days on the market, and we were under contract by the 3rd day!
